While sales in new houses are up from last year, the latest numbers show a decrease in signed contracts in August compared to the previous month. The tour hopes to attract buyers at a time when the economy is slowing down. Experts said buyers can find some of the best prices in new homes. "Prices in Kansas City remain stable.
